		•	How much does the course cost?

			The course is $79. We guarantee you will be happy with our product and service.

		•	How long is the course? Can I work at my own pace?

			The course is 4 hours. Yes, you can log on and off the course anytime. The program will always save your time.

		•	Can I take the course from any computer?

			Yes, the program is compatible with any computer and Internet browser. We recommend using Internet Explorer.

		•	How will my certificate be delivered to me?

			We offer three (3) delivery options. Email delivery, Regular mail and UPS overnight. Email delivery will be sent directly to your email so you can print it off upon successful completion of the course. Regular mail will take 5 to 7 business days. UPS overnight will be next business day. Additional delivery fees apply to email and overnight delivery.

		•	Will my court accept your certificate of completion?

			Yes, in most cases your court, judge or probation officer will accept our course. For your convenience we have included two (2) documents that you can easily download from our website. The documents will explain a brief overview of our company and outline of our course. You can print these documents and give them to your court, judge or probation officer. See the “Course Outline” button on the home page.

		•	What hours is your office open? Will I speak with a live person?

			We are open Monday – Friday 9am – 8pm EST and Saturday 10am – 4pm EST. Yes, you will always get a live person that answers our phone. We do not use any recorded messages. Customer service is our number #1 priority.
